【Abstract】 Placental abruption is a leading cause of vaginal bleeding in the latter half of pregnancy.The prognostic effect of abruption depends primarily on its severity,early diagnosis and timely treatment.Most cases of placental abruption cannot be predicted or prevented.However,maternal and infant outcomes can be optimized through attention to the risk factors and atypical clinical symptoms,combing with laboratory detection,ongoing differential diagnosis with other causes of vaginal bleeding in pregnancy where appropriate.更多还原
