【摘要】 云南省以其特殊的对外开放战略地位成为我国提升沿边开放的重要战略支点。把云南建成我国面向西南开放的桥头堡,是云南千载难逢的重大发展机遇。云南如何抓住机遇、迎接挑战,发挥好科技在建设我国面向西南开放的桥头堡中的支撑作用成为重要的研究课题。文章对桥头堡建设情况进行了介绍,对云南省科技支撑现状进行了分析,并提出了加强自主创新能力建设、加强科技合作机制建设、加强公共科技平台建设等若干政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan Province has become an important strategic pivot in opening to the outside world of China by its special strategic position.Construction Yunnan as a bridgehead in opening to the southwest of China is a significant development opportunity.Yunnan how to seize all opportunities,how to meet challenges,how to take effect of S&T on supporting of Yunnan’s bridgehead construction,have become important research topics.This paper introduces the situation of Yunnan ’ s bridgehead construction,analyzes the status of S&T support of the Yunnan Province,and gives some policy recommendations, such as strengthening the construction of independent innovation ability,strengthening the construction of technical cooperation mechanisms,strengthening the construction of S&T platform and so on.更多还原
