【摘要】 近年来,随着建设社会主义新农村进程的加快,农业继续教育日益成为农业现代化建设中备受关注的焦点。尽管国内外学者对此已有一定的研究,但基于农业专业技术人员视角的农业继续教育的研究相对缺乏。本文根据在福建、安徽、山东和黑龙江四省的调查数据,深入分析了农业专业技术人员对继续教育的认知态度、参与行为及其需求意愿。结果表明,农业继续教育中存在着认知度低、积极性差、投入和激励不足等缺陷,且农业专业技术人员对继续教育的认知、参与行为和需求意愿受到其职称的影响。在此基础上,本文提出加大继续教育的宣传力度、完善继续教育的制度体系、增加继续教育的财政支持以及建立分层分类的继续教育培训体系等相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently with the process of the building of new socialist rural areas to speed up,agricultural continuing education(ACE) has ever-increasing become the focus in agricultural modernization.Although some domestic and foreign scholars have studied the related topics in the field,it is still lack of the empirical study which bases on agricultural professionals(APs).The purpose of this paper is to do in-depth research on APs’ perception,participation and need of ACE,based on an investigation data obtained from the four provinces of Fujian,Anhui,Shandong and Heilongjiang.As the results,there exist defects such as low awareness,poor motivation,inadequate inputs and week incentives and so on in ACE,moreover the Cognitive attitude、Participative Behavior and Demand of ACE is always significantly affected by the AP’s title.On this basis,this study suggests that it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of ACE,improve the system of ACE,increase the financial support and establish a hierarchical and classical ACE system and so on.更多还原
