基于“9点3面”配准方案的[PT+CT]异机三维图像融合实验

【摘要】 目的:尝试一种基于体表定位的二维图像配准方法,实现PT和CT异机三维(3D)图像的精确融合。方法:输入PT/CT原始数据后采用数字化格式转换,设计"9点3面"立体定位法进行配准,在实时工作站Mimics按照信息交互自动融合模式,通过讯号叠加技术完成图像融合。结果:以肺癌患者的躯干冠状面为实例试验[PT+CT]立体图像的异机融合,生成了同时呈现躯干结构和代谢状况的互补3D影像。结论:在[PT+CT]联机设备尚未普及尤其是[PT+CT]3D融合仍未实现的情况下,[PT+CT]异机3D融合是[PT+CT]同机2D融合技术功用的必要补充。

【Abstract】 Objective: Attempt a localization registration approach of 2-Dimension(2D) images based on somatotopic localization to realize accurate fusion from Cross Modality of 3-Dimension(3D) PT & CT images.Methods: Digital format is converted after original data of PT/CT input,design cubic localization solution of "9-point & 3-plane" for registration,complete image fusion at real-time workstation Mimics based on auto-fusing style of information exchanged by signal overlaid technique.Results: The fused cubic images of cross [PT+CT] modality were practiced by coronal plane of body samples suffered by lung cancer patients,distinct complementary images of simultaneously presenting body structures and metabolism were quickly created.Conclusion: Based on the condition that double-module equipment of [PT+CT] is not popular,particularly that its functional 3D image fusion is not implemented yet,this sort of Cross Modality [PT+CT] of 3D fusion is an essentially technical complement for Single Modality [PT+CT] of 2D fusion.
