皮革收缩温度测量方法的研究

【摘要】 针对国内外皮革收缩温度(Ts)检测类仪器普遍存在无法准确可靠地采集皮革受热后产生微小收缩形变时刻的技术难题,提出了通过提高收缩形变门槛的方法来保证自动采集收缩形变信号的可靠性;又利用软件设计的方法再回头从上位机的数据库中查找并调出"初始"收缩形变(试样总长度收缩0.3%)所对应的环境温度作为收缩温度。利用MSW-YD4型皮革收缩温度测定仪,结合使用上述方法快速准确地测量出Ts,首次完全符合国家检测标准的相关规定。

【Abstract】 The moment of small shrinkage deformation of heated leather can not be accurately and reliablely detected in leather shrinkage temperature detector. For this technical difficulty, a method of increasing the threshold of shrinkage deformation to ensure the reliability of automatic collection of shrinkage deformation signals was proposed. A software design approach was used to search back in computer database and bring up the ’initial’ shrinkage deformation (the total length of sample shrinking 0.3%) corresponding to environmental temperature, as the shrinkage temperature. By using MSW-YD4 leather shrinkage temperature detector, and combining the above method, the Ts are measured quickly and accurately, which is meet the relevant national standards for the first time.
