甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸高碳醇酯接枝改性聚甲基氢硅氧烷的研究
Polymethylhydrosiloxane Grafted with Long Chain Alcohol Acrylate and Methyl Methacrylate Functional Groups
【摘要】 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸高碳醇酯、聚甲基氢硅氧烷为单体,在H2PtCl6催化作用下进行硅氢加成反应,合成改性硅油PMHS-g-MMA-LCAA,探讨了甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸高碳醇酯2种单体滴加顺序对硅氢加成反应转化率的影响。利用IR和1H-NMR对聚合物的结构进行表征分析,结果表明:2种单体之间的硅氢加成反应得到预期设想的聚合物,获得β-1,2-加成产物。
【Abstract】 Methyl methacrylate and long chain alcohol acrylate were grafted to polymethylhydrosiloxane bone by hydrosilylation,with hexachloroplatini acid as catalyst. Through experiment,the relationship between conversion rate and MMA and LCAA adding sequence was discussed. FTIR and 1H - NMR spectra indicate that the hydrosilylation reaction follows the Markovnikov’s rule and produces β - 1,2 - addition product.
