用于皮革染色废水处理的改良型ABR的启动研究

【摘要】 针对皮革染色废水的高色度、难降解的特点,尝试将厌氧生物处理工艺中的ABR工艺进行改进,并应用到皮革染色废水的处理中。对改进后的反应器进行水力特性研究,以考察其设计的水力学合理性,试验结果显示该反应器的水力特性良好。之后对该反应器进行了启动试验研究,结果表明:该反应器能在较短的时间内达到稳定的COD去处效果,说明该反应器的适应能力以及缓冲能力均较强,适合处理成分复杂多变的皮革染料废水。

【Abstract】 In order to use ABR craft to dispose tannery dyeing wastewater,some improvements had been made to the ABR.The hydrodynamic characteristics research of the reactor was carried out to examine the rationality of the new design.The result of the experiment indicates that this reactor’s hydraulic characteristic is good.And then the start experiment of the reactor was begin.The experiment’s result shows that this reactor could achieve a stable COD destination effect in a short time.The good result indicates that the reactor could be quickly adapted to the circumstance and some suddenly changes.So this reactor is suitable for disposing the tannery dyeing wastewater with complicated and diversified components.
