【摘要】 划分不稳定耕地类型,并调查其分布及规模,可以为耕地管理及区域农业发展提供依据。该文根据黑龙江省第二次土地调查的实际情况,将不稳定耕地划分为滩地、速生丰产林熟化地、林区多种经营地、开垦草原地、开垦荒地、开垦沼泽地、盐碱化地、高寒低温地、超坡地、其他耕地等10种类型。经调查,富锦市包含6类不稳定耕地,总面积1.979 1万hm2,全部分布于市属集体土地内,国有农场内没有不稳定耕地。根据富锦市不稳地耕地现状及利用中存在的问题,提出了处理对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classifying unstable cultivate land and investigating the distribution land area may provide the basis for the land management and the regional agriculture development.Basing on the actual situation of the second land survey in Heilongjiang province,this article classified the unsteady cultivated land into 10 types: beach land,fast-grown forest maturation field,forest region diversification field,cultivated grassland,cultivated wasteland,cultivated swamp,the saline-alkali,low-temperature land,surpass-sloped land and other cultivated land,of which Fujin city contained 6 types,with total area of 19791.36hm2 according to the investigation.All the unstable cultivated lands distributed in the city-owned collective land but neither in state-owned farms.At last,this paper proposed some strategies for solving the problems of the unsteady cultivate land use in Fujin city.更多还原
