【摘要】 运用农产品成本收益调查资料,估计了我国奶牛饲养的损益平衡点以及市场竞争潜力。结果显示,我国不同奶牛饲养规模的损益平衡点以及市场竞争潜力差异较大。其中,产品产量市场竞争潜力只有10%左右,鲜奶价格有一定市场竞争潜力但优势不明显,劳动工价市场竞争潜力较高,但随着我国农村劳动力的短缺,这种优势会逐渐消失。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article estimates the break-even point on China’s dairy farms based on the cost and return data of agricultural commodities.The estimated results show that there are apparent differences in break-even points and competitive potential over farm sizes.In detail,the competitive potential remains only approximate 10%in the milk yield per dairy cattle,some but insignificant advantage in farm gate milk price,and quite high in wage rate.However,the competitive potential of wage rate will disappears gradually as rural labors becomes scarcity.更多还原
