邢台矿区下组煤开采综放工作面防灭火技术

【摘要】 针对邢台矿区采用综采放顶煤工艺开采的高硫易自燃下组煤层自然发火的问题,进行了煤层自燃特性、指标气体的分析,建立了以束管监测预报、三相泡沫防灭火、复合浆体沿空巷道喷涂隔风以及均压防灭火为主体的综合防灭火技术体系,取得了明显效果。

【Abstract】 Fully mechanized caving mining method is used in Xingtai mining area to mine the high sulfur content lower-coal seams,and this will cause coal liable to spontaneous ignition.To settle this issue,the author analyzed the characters of coal seams spontaneous ignition and index gas,and a comprehensive technology system for fire prevention and fighting is established through setting up a monitoring and forecasting system,using three-phase foam extinguishing material,making gunniting to roadway by using compounding material to seal oxygen,and using equal-pressure fire prevention technology.A sound result has been achieved based on above.
