邢台煤矿综掘工作面泡沫抑尘技术的应用

【摘要】 针对邢台矿采掘工作面粉尘量大严重威胁人员健康的问题,在邢台煤矿综掘工作面应用了泡沫抑尘技术,结果表明,泡沫抑尘对全尘的抑尘效率达到90%以上,对呼吸性粉尘的抑尘效率达到80%以上,粉尘浓度由800~1000 mg/m3以上降低到100 mg/m3左右,呼吸性粉尘的浓度由150 mg/m3以上降低到25 mg/m3左右,抑尘效果显著。

【Abstract】 In connection with the issues of,workers health is seriously threatened at the heading face of Xingtai Mine,dust removal technology is applied there by using foam.The result shows that,dust removal efficiency by using foam achieves 90% of the whole dust,80% of the breathing dust,and dust consistency in the air is reduced from 800~1000 mg/m3 to about 100 mg/m3,while the breathing dust consistency is reduced from 150 mg/m3 to around 25 mg/m3.It is a sound result.
