【Abstract】 There are multiple factors can have influence over corporate cooperation in aquatic product supply chain;among all these influence factors,cooperation efficiency,which will influenced by the capability and intention of cooperation,is the most important one.We should,first,stimulate the initiative of all the participants of aquatic products supply chain with the help of profit leverage,and make all the main bodies to realize the balance of profit in different of links of operation;second,we should establish the mechanism of profit distribution;third,we should perfect the constraint mechanism of aquatic products supply chain with the help of market constraint,internalized transaction cost,and contractual constraint;fourth,we should set up a fund for default risk to prevent the related risks of aquatic products supply chain.更多还原
