【摘要】 改革开放三十多年来,深圳经济的持续高速增长带动了物流产业的快速发展。目前,深圳经济正面临新一轮产业升级,促使以加工业外移为主要形式的产业转移全面展开。产业转移将对深圳物流需求产生重要影响,导致货源腹地更加分散、物流需求增速放缓、高端物流需求增加、物流市场逐渐细分、成本压力不断加大。为应对产业转移的影响,深圳物流业应未雨绸缪,着力完善港口的集疏运网络,积极推动航空货运体系建设,充分发挥物流园区的集散作用,大力鼓励物流企业联合重组,尽量优化物流产业发展环境,并密切关注产业转移的实际动态,适时掌控应对策略的时机和力度,努力保障深圳物流产业的健康稳定发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up three decades ago,the sustained economic growth in Shenzhen has led to a rapid development of logistics industry.At present,Shenzhen’s economy is facing a new round of industry upgrading.In the light of this,the industry transfer,taking the relocation of processing industry as the main form,has been carried out.Industry transfer will have a significant impact on Shenzhen logistics demand,lead to more dispersed hinterlands,slower demand growth in logistics,more demand for high-end logistics,more segments of the logistics market,and greater cost pressures.In response to the impact of industry transfer,Shenzhen logistics industry should take precaution,improve harbor collection and distribution network,accelerate the construction of air cargo system,give full play to the distribution function of logistics park,encourage joint and restructuring of logistics enterprise,optimize environment for the development of logistics industry,and pay close attention to the actual dynamics of industry transfer,take control the timing and intensity of coping strategies,guarantee the healthy and stable development of Shenzhen logistics industry.更多还原
