【摘要】 随着我国从投资拉动型发展方式向内需拉动型发展方式转变,农村居民消费需求在促进我国经济与社会发展中的作用日益凸显。当前,受消费力因素、分配因素与供给因素影响,我国农村居民消费升级缓慢,这突出表现在农村居民消费水平升级缓慢、消费结构升级缓慢、消费环境优化升级缓慢、消费主体智能化升级缓慢等四个方面。为促进我国农村居民消费升级,应拓宽农民增收渠道,提高农村居民素质;统筹城乡发展,合理调节分配关系;改善农村消费环境,优化农村消费供给条件;树立科学消费观,合理引导农村居民消费升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 While the development pattern transforming from being investment-oriented to domestic demand-oriented in China,the consumption demand of rural residents is of great significance in promoting China’s economic and social development.At present,influenced by the factors of consumption power,distribution and supply,the upgrade of China’s rural residents consumption has been declined which was demonstrated as the declined upgrade of rural resident consumption level,the declined upgrade of consumption structure,the declined upgrade of consumption environmental optimization and the declined upgrade of main consumer intellectualization.To promote the upgrade of China’s rural resident consumption,we should,first,expand more channels for the farmers to increase income and improve rural resident quality;second,we should balance the urban and rural development and rationally adjust the distribution relations;third,we should improve rural consumption environment and optimize the condition of rural consumption supply;and fifth,we should establish the scientific outlook on consumption and rationally guide the upgrade of rural resident consumption.更多还原
