【Abstract】 After five consecutive years of robust growth,the total value of the global carbon market stalled at $142 billion,even as the global economy stabilized and began a tentative recovery.While there is a lack of clarity on international climate policy,some developed countries cap-trade policy is suffering opposition and CDM market experienced CER suspension and limitation.Safety incidents still harm the EUETS.Progress achieved in Cancun and various efforts made by developing countries to mitigate climate change give hope and optimism for the future.更多还原
