中国-东盟电子商务平台宏观信息服务系统研究
Research on the Macro Information Service System for ASEAN-China E-commerce Platform
【摘要】 本文以市场型的中国-东盟电子商务平台为背景,研究了与中国-东盟相关的宏观信息以及特征,分析了由于宏观信息的不完备带来的信息风险;建立并分析了中国-东盟自贸区中的中小型企业对宏观信息服务的需求模型,提出了宏观信息服务系统应具备的功能,设计了服务系统的总体结构,最后分析了实现条件、制约因素和政策建议。
【Abstract】 Taking the market-oriented ASEAN-China E-commerce platform as background,this paper introduces the macro information and the feature of it that related with ASEAN-China,and analyzes the risks from incomplete of macro information.A demand model of macro information service of SMEs in ASEAN-China free trade zone is set up,the function of the macro information service system is given,and a general framework for the system is proposed.Finally,analysis of the realization of the conditions,constraints and policy recommendations.
