【摘要】 基于DEA技术效率分析方法和Malmquist TFP指数测算方法,以农业增加值为产出变量,以农业机械总动力、农用化肥使用量(折纯量)、农业从业人数和年末实有耕地为投入变量,利用2001—2009年安徽各地市农业生产投入产出数据,对安徽省农业技术效率变动和全要素生产率进行实证分析。主要结论为:安徽各市农业技术效率在逐年得到改善,全要素生产率也在逐年提高,但从整体上来看水平仍然不高;安徽农业全要素生产率的变动主要受技术变化的影响,引起技术变化的原因与农村劳动力转移及农业抗自然灾害能力弱有关。因此,政府应加大农业基础设施建设和农业技术研究与推广的投入,在有条件的地区推进农业产业化发展,鼓励乡镇涉农工业发展,就地消化农业剩余劳动力,以此来提高农业技术效率和生产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the change of agricultural technology efficiency and TFP based on the methods of DEA and DEA-Malmquist indexes with panel data of Anhui Province from 2001 to 2009 by setting agricultural added value as output variable,and total power of farm machine,agricultural fertilizer,agricultural employment and total cultivated area as input variables.Then,two conclusions are drawn from the analysis.First,the agricultural technical efficiency is improved year by year in Anhui province and the total factor productivity also gets better.However,the overall level is not high.Second,the main influencing factor on TFP is technical change.Rural labor transfer and weak agricultural infrastructure are the reasons behind backward technology.Therefore,the government should increase spending on agricultural infrastructure and agricultural technology research.Industrialization of agriculture and development of township agro-industries should be highlighted to provide more employment for surplus labor to improve agricultural technology efficiency and productivity.更多还原
