微循环交通网络改扩建与单行组织一体化优化

【摘要】 从支路网"交通微循环"功能目标出发,着眼于缓解城市干道交通拥挤、改造成本最小化为目标,结合微循环系统的单行交通组织,建立了支路微循环网络规划的双层优化模型.利用该模型可同时优化各微循环支路路段的交通组织形式(单行还是双行)及改造后需达到的通行能力.利用单行交通组织与改造能力的组合决策编码,设计了求解模型的遗传算法.数值计算分析表明,通过支路微循环网络的交通分流能降低干道交通的饱和度,同时还应结合单行交通组织优化而降低微循环系统的改造费用.

【Abstract】 Based on the objective analysis of the branch road micro-circulation network,primarily for alleviating congestions of the arterial roads and minimizing the total reconstruction cost,combining one-way traffic organization of the micro-circulation system,the bi-level programming model for reconstruction of the branch road micro-circulation network was set up.With this model the traffic-organization form and required capacity of each branch road after reconstruction can be optimized simultaneously.Combined decisive coding of one-way organization and reconstructed capacity was used to design the genetic algorithm to solve the model.A numerical example shows that the saturation of the arterial roads falls to an anticipant value by the shunting of the branch road micro-circulation network,and the reconstruction cost of the micro-circulation system may be lowed by combining the optimization of one-way traffic organization.
