高档普采在薄煤层工作面应用的优势与效果分析

【摘要】 2009年朱村矿开始使用高档普采设备,回采1.0~1.4m的薄煤层,同时利用膏体充填法充填采空区,工作面单产比炮采工作面提高了3倍以上。本文讨论高档普采在薄煤层工作面应用的优越性,重点分析如何通过生产管理来发挥高档普采的优势,最后提出了采用高档普采后的效果,为资源枯竭的矿井开辟了新的发展道路。

【Abstract】 Zhucun mining had stoped the 1.0~1.4m thick thin coal seam by the use of the high-grade conventional mining equipment in 2009,meanwhile,the output of the specific yield increase by 3 fold on the shot mining face through the paste filling method filling mined-out areas.The authors discusse the superiority of the high-grade conventional mining equipment in thin coal seam face,and focuse on analyzing how to make the advantage of high-grade conventional mining equipment through production management,finally put forward to its effects.Through the application of the high-grade conventional mining,we provide the new ways for the impoverished mine.
