【摘要】 当前,各省(区、市)积极开展地质勘查资质监督管理,部署各地质勘查资质单位填写执业情况报告,严格审查资质申请,进一步规范了地质勘查活动行为,营造了诚信勘查的良好氛围,促进了地质勘查行业健康有序的发展。本文首先对2010年度地质勘查资质登记情况和监督管理工作进行了简要介绍,对其证书变更不及时,资质等级重复;技术力量与勘查能力不符,存在越级勘查;备案和执业报告等资料汇交不够全面;基层国土资源管理部门反映的问题等进行了系统地分析。最后,从加强配套文件的宣传、扎实开展人员培训、完善相关制度建设、加大违法行为的查处和整治等方面提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,the provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) active in the supervision and administration of geological exploration qualification,the qualifications of geological exploration units to deploy complete practice reports,critical review of qualifications to apply,to further standardize the behavior of geological exploration activities,exploration of faith to create a good atmosphere,and promote geological exploration healthy and orderly development.This article fristly geological exploration of the 2010 annual registration qualifications,supervision and management of a brief introduction,certificate does not change its time,level of qualification repeat;technology and exploration capability does not match,there leapfrog exploration;practice reports and other information filed and remitted is not comprehensive enough;primary land resource management issues reflected a systematic analysis.Finally,the publicity from the strengthening of supporting documents and carry out personnel training,improve the relevant system construction,intensify the investigation and remediation and other illegal activities put forward countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
