喷射电解加工小孔的数值模拟与实验研究
Simulation and Experimental Research on Jet Electrolytic Drilling
【摘要】 喷射电解是一种有别于传统电解加工的无成形阴极、无进给量的加工方法。针对该方法,基于电场理论,建立了二维数学模型,并进行了数值模拟与实验验证,同时通过工艺对比实验研究了喷射孔径、加工电压和电流方式对加工质量的影响。研究结果表明:在进液压力和加工间隙一定的条件下,喷嘴孔径越小,喷射电解加工小孔质量越高;其加工电压应在120V以上;与直流电源相比,使用脉冲电源能有效减小孔的锥度、提高加工精度。
【Abstract】 JED is a processing method without forming cathode or feed,which is different from the traditional ECM.Based on the theory of electric field,a two-dimensional mathematical model was established for JED.The model was validated by comparison of simulation and experimental results.The influence laws of machining quality with three important parameters were summarized by the comparative processes.Theses parameters included jet diameter,machining voltage and current.The results show that JED can obtain better hole quality with smaller nozzle under the same conditions of jet pressure and machining distance,the machining voltage should be higher than 120V,and the application of pulsed power supply in JED can improve the machining accuracy significantly compared with DC power.
