【摘要】 以连城白鸭为试验材料,GnRH基因为候选基因,采用PCR-SSCP技术分析GnRH基因5′端调控区在连城白鸭群体中的单核苷酸多态性(SNP),并探讨该基因与产蛋性状之间的相关性。结果表明:在连城白鸭中检测到AA、BB和AB3种基因型,基因型和产蛋性能的关联分析表明,不同基因型对连城白鸭300日龄产蛋数有显著影响(P﹤0.05),而对开产日龄没有显著影响(P﹥0.05)。由此推测,该基因型可作为一个筛选连城白鸭产蛋数的分子标记。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,Liancheng ducks were used to analyze single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in 5′ regulatory region of GnRH gene by PCR-SSCP,and the correlation between the gene and laying traits had been discussed. The result indicated that there were three genotypes (AA,BB,AB) in Liancheng duck and the genotypes showed there was a significant difference in the number of eggs(300 days of age)(P﹤0.05) and no significant difference in age at first egg (P﹥0.05).
