【摘要】 目的了解河北省保定市社区居民精神卫生知识知晓情况,为进一步普及精神卫生知识,有针对性开展宣传教育提供依据。方法以河北省重性精神疾病管理治疗项目(以下简称"686项目")城乡两个示范区为调查群体进行问卷调查,并对相关因素进行分析。结果被调查者总知晓率为56.91%,其中,精神卫生科普知识知晓最高,常见精神疾病症状识别知晓最低。性别(科普知识χ2=6.45,P<0.05;症状识别χ2=4.43,P<0.05;危险性行为χ2=8.93,P<0.01),受教育程度(科普知识χ2=137.24,P<0.01;症状识别χ2=69.44,P<0.01;危险性行为χ2=75.24,P<0.01),职业(科普知识χ2=44.55,P<0.01;症状识别χ2=5.66,P>0.05;危险性行为χ2=37.39,P<0.01),社会关系(科普知识χ2=75.83,P<0.01;症状识别χ2=1.16,P>0.05;危险性行为χ2=10.42,P<0.05)均对知晓程度有影响。结论 "686项目"的实施,提高了部分人群精神卫生知识的知晓程度,但是,普通居民精神卫生知识仍普遍缺乏,应加强针对性健康教育,普及精神卫生知识,更好地预防和控制精神疾病及危险性行为的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the awareness rate among community residents for mental health knowledge in Baoding,Hebei Province,and to further popularize mental health knowledge and provide the basis for targeted public awareness and education.Methods 3854 community residents were sampled randomly from Psychosis Treatment and Management in Hebei Province(Referred to as the "686 Project") piloting areas.A self-made questionaire was used to investigate the participants.Results The total awareness rate of the knowledge on mental health among residents in all of the items was 56.91%.Among them,the highest was knowledge about mental health science,and the lowest was identifying common symptoms of mental illness.Gender(general knowledge of mental health:χ2 = 6.45,P<0.05;common symptoms of mental illness identification:χ2 = 4.43,P<0.05;risk behavior:χ2 = 8.93,P<0.01,level of education(general knowledge of mental health χ2= 137.24,P<0.01;common symptoms of mental illness identification:χ2= 69.44,P<0.01;risk behavior χ2= 75.24,P<0.01,vocation(general knowledge of mental health:χ2 = 44.55,P<0.01;common symptoms of mental illness identification:χ2= 5.66,P>0.05;risk behavior:χ2= 37.39,P<0.01,social relations(general knowledge of mental health:χ2= 75.83,P<0.01;common symptoms of mental illness identification:χ2= 1.16,P> 0.05;risk behavior:χ2= 10.42,P<0.05 had impact on the awareness level.Conclusion The implementation of "686 Project" improved the extent of mental health knowledge of a part of population.However,the general population was still a general lack of knowledge of mental health.It was necessary to strengthen health education,then to prevent and control the incidences of mental illness and risk behavior.更多还原
