【Abstract】 The Rotterdam Rules extend the scope of application of the transport contracts under the maritime conventions by using the mode of maritime plus others which can apply the Rotterdam Rules to multimodal transport contracts which must provide for carriage by sea.However,the Rotterdam Rules are not an international multimodal transport convention,it’s necessary to prove the legitimacy,feasibility and possible issues of the application of the Rotterdam Rules to international multimodal transport contracts.更多还原
