【摘要】 目的了解广东省清远市强制戒毒人群H IV和梅毒的感染状况及影响因素。方法于2007-2008年对清远市3个强制戒毒所的强制戒毒者进行问卷调查,内容包括社会人口学、吸毒和性行为特征并采集血样检测H IV和梅毒抗体。结果共调查强制戒毒者740人,H IV和梅毒感染率分别为4.59%、12.57%;二重感染率为1.22%;多因素Logistic回归分析表明,注射吸毒和感染梅毒是H IV感染的危险因素;来自农村和乡镇、累计入戒毒所次数多以及商业性行为是梅毒感染的危险因素。结论清远市强制戒毒人群H IV、梅毒及重叠感染率高于一般人群,注射吸毒和商业性行为是主要危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate HIV and syphilis infections and influence factors among drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation in Qingyuan city.Methods From 2007 to 2008,a cross-sectional study was conducted among drug addicts selected with cluster sampling from three compulsory addiction treatment centers in Qingyuan city.Questionnaire survey was conducted to collect information on demographics and characteristics of drug use and sexual behavior,and blood samples were collected for tests of HIV and syphilis antibodies.Results Among 740 drug addicts investigated,the infection rates of HIV and syphilis were 4.59% and 12.57%,and the co-infection infection rate was 1.22%.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that drug injection and syphilis infection were risk factors for HIV infection.Drug users from rural and town,with more accumulated times of drug detoxification and commercial sex behavior had a higher risk of syphilis infection.Conclusion The infection rates of HIV and syphilis in drug addicts under compulsory addiction are higher than those of in general people as well as the co-infection.Drug injection and commercial sex behaviors are main risk factors for infections of HIV and syphilis.更多还原
