泰山抽水蓄能电站运行决策分析系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 抽水蓄能电站对电网削峰填谷,改善火电机组运行环境具有重要意义。设计实现了山东泰山抽水蓄能电站调度运行决策分析系统,基于滚动决策思想分别建立了火电机组调峰平衡决策模型、抽水蓄能机组运行效益预估模型、抽水蓄能运行决策模型以及抽水蓄能运行效益后评估模型。实际应用表明,该系统能够充分发挥抽水蓄能机组对山东电网运行的安全性、经济性的作用,为抽水蓄能机组调度运行提供了方便实用的工具。

【Abstract】 Pumped Storage Power Station plays an important role in improving operation environment of thermal power unit and shifting peak load of the power grid.Decision-making model of balancing and regulating peak load for thermal power units,forecast model of operation benefit for pumped storage units,decision-making model of pumped storage operation and post-assessment model of operation benefit for pumped storage units were established respectively based on Rolling decision-making method.Those models are designed and implemented in Taishan Pumped Storage Power Station supplementary decision system in dispatching operational analysis package.This system improves operating safety and economics for Shandong power grid and provides a convenient and practical method for pumped storage units dispatching operation.
