SonoLiver CAP软件在乳腺肿瘤超声造影中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨SonoLivet CAP软件在乳腺肿瘤超声造影中的临床应用价值。方法对158例乳腺肿块(恶性88例,良性70例)行超声造影检查,应用SonoLiver CAP定量软件对其进行定量分析;以病灶与周围乳腺组织的增强水平差值为参数进行动态血管模型(dynamic vascular patterns,DVP)参数成像,比较乳腺良、恶性肿瘤各参数及DVP参数图有无差异。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤相对峰值强度(Imax)显著高于良性肿瘤(P<0.05),恶性肿瘤的相对上升时间(RT)、达峰时间(TTP)快于良性肿瘤,相对平均渡越时间(mTT)慢于良性肿瘤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的动态血管模型(DVP)参数图有显著性差异,76例(86.4%)恶性肿瘤表现为病灶内大部分呈紊乱不规则团块状或分散的斑片状红色/黄色填充;58例(82.9%)良性肿瘤表现为病灶内大部分呈较单一的蓝色/绿色填充。结论 SonoLiver CAP造影分析软件获得的定量参数和构建的DVP参数图可为乳腺肿瘤的诊断提供有价值的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of SonoLiver CAP software in contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS)of breast lesions.Methods 158 breast lesions(88 malignant,70 benign) underwent CEUS.SonoLiver CAP software were used to quantitatively analyze the CEUS and reconstruct dynamic vascular patterns(DVP) parametric images.Results The relative maximum intensity(Imax) of malignant breast tumors were significantly higher than that of benign lesions(P<0.05).The relative rising time(RT),time to peak(TTP) of malignant lesions were faster than those of benign lesions,and the relative mean transit time(mTT) of malignant lesions was slower than that of benign tumors.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).DVP parametric images of benign and malignant tumors were significantly different.76 malignant lesions(86.4%) were filled with confused and irregular or patchy red/yellow color.58 benign lesions(82.9%) were filled with single blue/green color.Conclusions The quantitative parameters and DVP parametric images provided by SonoLiver CAP software are valuable for diagnosis of breast lesions.
