【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声在诊断肌疝中的价值。方法回顾性分析2004年10月至2010年6月我院经手术证实的20例肌疝的资料,将术前高频超声及磁共振检查与手术结果进行对照分析。结果超声诊断准确率90%（18/20）,MRI诊断准确率95%（19/20）,2种诊断方法准确率差异无统计学意义（X₂=0.36,P>0.05）。结论高频超声能准确诊断肌疝,可作为肌疝诊断的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinic value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of myocele. Methods A total of 20 patients with myocele were retrospectively reviewed.All patients were examined by high frequency ultrasonography and MRI preoperatively.A comparison with final pathological results was made after surgery. Results The accuracy of ultrasonography and MRI were 90%(18/20) and 95%(19/20).There was no significant difference between two methods(x~2=0.36,P>0.05).Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can accurately diagnose myocele.It can be used as the first choice of the diagnosis of myocele.更多还原
