三维表面成像技术显示胎儿正常室间隔的探索
Preliminary Exploration of the Nomal Fetal Ventricular Septal with Spatio-Temporal Image Correlation(STIC)Rendering Image Techonology
【摘要】 目的探索表面成像(surface rendering)技术显示胎儿正常室间隔的方法及图像特征,为进一步了解室间隔的立体结构提供新手段。方法正常中孕期胎儿51例,应用时空关联成像(spatio-temporal image correlation,STIC)获取胎儿心脏容积数据,尔后应用表面成像技术进行脱机分析,通过多方式调节形成室间隔的立体图像。结果 51例正常胎儿心脏均获得满意的容积数据,在表面成像中室间隔的左、右室面的显示率分别为92.2%(47/51)和88.2%(45/51),可以显示胎儿室间隔的立体结构,及室间隔与左右室流出道的位置毗邻关系,其中4例室间隔左室面膜部出现缺损伪像,6例右室面膜部出现缺损伪像。结论表面成像技术能够直观、形象地显示胎儿室间隔形态结构及其周围的毗邻结构,为观察胎儿室间隔开辟了新视窗。
【Abstract】 Objective In this study we aimed to apply spatiotemporal image correlation(STIC) rendering to visualize the virtual planes of the interventricular in normal fetal hearts,to ascertain whether these planes add to fetal cardiac examination.Methods 51 fetal heart volume datesets of satisfactory quality were selected in the second trimester, then we applied spatiotemporal image correlation(STIC) rendering to visualize the virtual planes of the interventricular off-line networking.Results A total of 51 normal scans were performed to establish a learning curve for STIC acquisition and post-processing rendering and analysis.In 92.2%(47/51) normal scans the left intervenetricular was visualized successfully,and in 88.2%(45/51) normal fetuses the right interventricular was successfully visualized. which can show the interventricular septal structure and relationship between the right or left flowout.But 4 cases and 6 cases were visualized with defect artifact in the left and right membranous interventricular septal.Conclusions The Surface rendering image technology can reproduce fetal interventricular septal structure,and the relationship between the space adjacent can be viewed,it can provide more information in the examination of the fetal heart.
