射频数据处理技术早期评价高甘油三脂血症患者颈总动脉内-中膜厚度和血管弹性

【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声射频数据处理技术(RF-data)早期评价高甘油三脂血症(HTG)患者颈总动脉内-中膜厚度和血管弹性改变及相关分析。方法比较30例HTG患者与30例正常人颈总动脉收缩期内径(Ds)、舒张期内径(Dd)、内-中膜厚度(IMT)、颈总动脉扩张性(CD)、单点脉搏波传播速度(PWVβ)、僵硬度(β)的改变,并分析甘油三脂与颈总动脉IMT、CD、PWVβ、β之间的相关性。结果 (1)HTG组左、右侧颈总动脉IMT、PWVβ、β均显著高于正常对照组;CD显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。HTG组双侧颈总动脉Ds、Dd与对照组差异无显著性意义。(2)HTG组甘油三脂升高的水平与颈总动脉IMT呈显著正相关(r=0.237,P<0.05);而与CD、PWVβ、β相关性不显著。结论 RF-data能够定量、准确评价HTG患者颈总动脉早期结构和功能的改变。

【Abstract】 Objective To quantify the intima-media thickness(IMT) and arterial elasticity of the common carotid artery(CCA) in clinically asymptomatic subjects of hypertriglyceridemia(HTG) using ultrasound radio frequency data technology,the correlatios were also evaluated.Methods 30 HTG patients and 30 normal subjects were enrolled in the study.The common carotid arterial systolic diameter(Ds)、diastolic diameter(Dd)、intima-media thickness(IMT),carotid distensibility(CD),local pulse wave velocity(PWVS) and stiffness(β)were compared between the two groups. The correlations between these data and hypertriglyceridemia were analyzed.Results(1) CCA-IMT、PWVβandβwere increased while CD was decreased more significantly in HTG patients than those in normal subjects.Common carotid arterial Ds、Dd were not statistically significant in the two groups.(2)The level of hypertriglyceridemia had significant positive correlations with CCA-IMT while no significant correlations with CD、PWVβandβ.Conclusions Ultrasound radio frequency data technology could quantitativly and accurativly evaluate the early change of common carotid arterial structure and function in HTG patients comparing with normal subjects.
