【摘要】 目的通过彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的分型研究,探讨下肢深静脉血栓与肺动脉栓塞关系中的新进展。方法分析134例下肢深静脉血栓患者的彩色多普勒超声声像图,根据静脉内有无活动型血栓栓头分为活动型栓头组、非活动型栓头组,每组并发肺动脉栓塞的结果进行对照研究。结果活动型栓头组45例,并发肺动脉栓塞17例,发生率37.78%;非活动型栓头组89例,并发肺动脉栓塞18例,发生率20.22%。两组数据进行χ~2检验,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的分型可以评估下肢深静脉血栓的危险性,防止肺动脉栓塞的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By the typing of lower limb deep veins thrombosis in the color Doppler ultrasound,we approach a new advancement between lower limb deep veins thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.Methods 134 patients with lower limb deep veins thrombosis were divided into active head-thrombus group(45 cases) and inactive head-thrombus group(89 cases) according to the active thrombosis head with a high echo.Results 17 cases in active head-thrombus group complicated pulmonary embolism,and the incidence rate was 37.78%.18 cases in inactive head-thrombus group complicated pulmonary embolism,and the incidence rate was 20.22%.The results of two groups had statistics difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The typing of lower limb deep veins thrombosis by color Doppler ultrasound may evaluate the danger of lower limb deep veins thrombosis and prevent the occurrence of pulmonary embolism.更多还原
