【摘要】 目的比较实时三维超声（RT-3DE）与二尖瓣环运动速度（Sm）评价扩心病（DCM）患者的左室整体收缩功能的临床价值。方法 DCM组33例,对照组28例,行二维（2DE）、组织多普勒（TDI）及RT-3DE扫查,测量并计算各参数:（1）Sm（侧壁）、Sm（室间隔）、Sm（平均）,（2）左室射血分数(LVEF_Simpson与LVEF_RT-3DE)。结果与对照组相比,DCM组LVEF_Simpson、LVEF_RT-3DE、Sm（侧壁）、Sm（室间隔）、Sm（平均）明显减低（P<0.01）。在对照组中,LVEF_RT-3DE、Sm（侧壁）、Sm（室间隔）、Sm（平均）与LVEF_Simpson均显著相关（r=0.895,P<0.01;r=0.629,P<0.05;r=0.508,P<0.05;r=0.562,P<0.05）。在DCM组中,LVEF_Simpson与LVEF_RT-3DE及Sm（侧壁）、Sm（室间隔）、Sm（平均）显著相关（r=0.818,P<0.01;r=0.487,P<0.05;r=0.301,P<0.05;r=0.368,P<0.05）。结论与Sm相比较,LVEF_RT-3DE能更准确、有效地评价DCM患者左室整体收缩功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the RT-3DE and Sm in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Methods 33 patients with DCM and 28 normal subjects were enrolled in the study.All correlative parameters,including Sm（lateral wall）,Sm（septum）,Sm（mean）,LVEF_Simpson,LVEF_PT-3DE,were measured by 2DE,RT-3DE and TDI.Results Compared with controls,LVEF_Simpson,LVEF_RT-3DE and Sm（lateral wall）,Sm（septum）,Sm（mean） decreased in the DCM（P<0.01）.In the normal subjects,LVEF_Simpson was significantly related to LVEF_RT-3DE（r=0.895, P<0.01）,Sm（lateral wall）（r=0.629,P<0.05）,Sm（septum）（r=0.508,P<0.05） and Sm（mean）（r=0.562,P<0.05）,and in the DCM group,LVEF_Simpson was significant related to LVEF_RT-3DE（r=0.818,P<0.01）,Sm（lateral wall）（r=0.487,P<0.05）,Sm（septum）（r=0.301,P<0.05）,Sm（mean）（r=0.368,P<0.05）.Conclusions Compared with Sm,LVEF_RT-3DE may be a better and helpful parameter for evaluation left ventricular global systolic function in DCM.更多还原
