【摘要】 目的探讨Budd-Chiari综合征(Budd-Chiari syndrome,BCS)患者下腔静脉(inferior vena cava.IVC)病变的超声影像特点。方法分析229例BCS患者IVC的超声图像和介入治疗时的影像资料。结果 (1)IVC闭塞性病变和狭窄性病变在合并血栓方面差异有显著意义(P<0.05),在建立侧支循环和病变远段血流是否异向方面差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。(2)IVC膜性闭塞和节段性闭塞在病变远段血流是否异向方面差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),在侧支形成和病变远段血栓形成方面差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。(3)IVC膜性狭窄和节段性狭窄在合并血栓、侧支形成及病变远段血流是否异向方面差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论 BCS患者IVC病变远段血流逆向或双向几乎仅见于闭塞性病变,偶见于IVC狭窄性病变存其远段有粗大侧支循环者;IVC闭塞性病变合并侧支和血栓多于狭窄性病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate imaging feature of inferior vena cava(IVC) in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).Methods Sonograms and imaging of interventional therapy of IVC of 229 patients with BCS were analyzed.Results(1) There was a significant difference in IVC complicating thrombosis between IVC emphraxis and IVC stenosis of patients with BCS(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in IVC complicating collateral circulation and abnormal direction of blood current between IVC emphraxis and IVC stenosis of patients with BCS(P<0.01).(2) There was a significant difference in abnormal direction of blood current between membranous emphraxis and segmental emphraxis of IVC of patients with BCS(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in IVC complicating thrombosis and collateral circulation between membranous emphraxis and segmental emphraxis of IVC of patients with BCS(P>0.05).(3) There was no significant difference in IVC complicating thrombosis,collateral circulation and abnormal direction of blood current between membranous stenosis and segmental stenosis of IVC of patients with BCS(P>0.05).Conclusions Reverse direction or bidirection of blood current appears in emphraxis IVC of patients with BCS almost completely,but is rare in stenosis IVC with grossus collateral circulation at distal segment. There are more thrombosis and collateral circulation in emphraxis IVC than in stenosis IVC.更多还原
