超声二维径向应变对冠心病介入治疗术后局部心肌功能的研究
Two-dimensional Radial Strain Imaging in Evaluating Regional Myocardial Function after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
【摘要】 目的探讨超声二维径向应变在评价冠心病患者冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)后局部心肌功能的临床价值。方法应用GE Vivid 7 Dimension超声心动图仪采集32例冠心病患者PCI术前、术后3个月及22例正常人左室基底水平、乳头肌水平及心尖部水平18个室壁节段二维灰阶图像。应用GE Echo PAC软件测量左室短轴各室壁节段收缩期峰值径向应变(S_R)。结果与正常对照组相比,冠心病患者PCI术前缺血节段心肌、术后3个月部分缺血节段心肌收缩期S_R值降低(P<0.05);与PCI术前相比,术后3个月部分缺血节段心肌收缩期S_R值较前改善(P<0.05)。结论超声二维应变显像(2DSI)在冠心病介入治疗术前后患者缺血心肌改善的识别、监测局部心肌收缩功能及评价PCI治疗效果等方面提供了新的方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical value of two-dimensional radial strain imaging in evaluating regional myocardial function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 32 patients with CHD before and after PCI,and 22 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study.The two-dimensional images were obtained from GE Vivid 7 Dimension echocardiography and two-dimensional radial strain(SR) was analyzed on GE Echo PAC system.Left ventricular peak S_R values of left ventricular basal plane,papillary muscle plane and apical plane during systole were measured.Results Compared to the control group,the ventricular Sr values part of segments were lower in CHD before and after PCI(P<0.05).Left ventricular Sr values in part of segments improved significantly 3 month after PCI compared to patients before PCI(F<0.05).Conclusions Two-dimensional strain imaging(2DSI)can evaluate the function improvement of regional myocardium after PCI in patients with CHD.
