超声斑点追踪成像评估舒张性心力衰竭兔的左室二维应变和扭转
Left Ventricular Two-dimensional Strain and Twist in Rabbit Model with Diastolic Heart Failure by Speckle Tracking Echocardiography
【摘要】 目的应用超声斑点追踪显像(STE)评价舒张性心力衰竭兔模型的左室二维应变及扭转运动的特点。方法 22只雄性新西兰兔随机分为两组:其中一组(12只)以肾上腹主动脉缩窄的方法建立舒张性心力衰竭模型;另一组为对照组(10只)。应用STE技术测量左室纵向(LS)、径向(RS)、圆周应变(CS)及左室扭转相关参数,并行左室导管及心肌病理学检查。结果 DHF组左室LS、RS减低,tPtw延迟,IUR减低。CS、Ptw无差异。IUR与tau呈负相关,Ptw与EF、dp/dtmax呈正相关。结论 STE可有效评价DHF兔左室的二维应变和扭转运动。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess left ventricular two-dimensional strain and twist in rabbit models with diastolic heart failure(DHF) by speckle tracking echocardiography(STE).Methods Twenty-two male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:one group was used to establish DHF model by suprarenal abdominal aortic constriction(n= 12) and the other was as control group(n = 10).Longitudinal(LS),radial(RS),circumferential strain (CS)and twist-related parameters were measured.Left ventricular catheterization and myocardial pathological examination were performed.Results In DHF group,LS and RS decreased,time to peak twist delayed and isovolumic untwisting rate decreased(P<0.01).However,peak twist angle and CS didn’t change significantly(P>0.05).And IUR correlated negatively to Tau.Ptw correlated positively to EF and dp/dtmax.Conclusions STE is useful in evaluating left ventricular two-dimensional strain and twist motion in rabbit model with DHF.
