【摘要】 目的了解居民自助式健康管理模式对社区糖尿病患者生活方式的影响。方法通过问卷调查了解129例社区糖尿病患者参加自助健康小屋检测前后生活方式的变化。结果社区糖尿病患者日常生活方式有明显变化,差异有统计学意义。结论居民自助式健康管理模式能提高社区糖尿病患者对健康重要性的认识,形成健康的生活方式,提高健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of self-service health management model on the life style among DM patients living in community.METHOD 129 DM patients living in community were selected to filled the questionnaires,to explore the change of daily lifestyle.RESULTS Through self-service health management model,there were significant differences in the daily lifestyle among DM patients living in community.CONCLUSION The self-service health management model can raise the health perception of DM patients living in community,change their daily lifestyle,and promote their health.更多还原
