入院流程的优化与实施
Optimization and Implement of Admission Process
【摘要】 目的通过优化办理入院手续的流程,缩短办理入院等候时间,方便患者,提高患者满意度。方法取消办理入院手续的中间环节—接诊室,合理维护HIS系统,简化程序,统筹规划科室。结果办理入院手续的时间明显缩短,提高了工作效率。结论在医院持续改进过程中要充分利用现代管理理念和科技手段整合多方资源,统筹管理,"以患者为中心"改进服务管理。
【Abstract】 Objective To facilitate patients and improve patients’satisfaction by process optimization for hospital admission and shortening the waiting time for admission.Methods Cancelling the middle link of hospital admission-reception room,reasonable maintenance of HIS system,simplification of procedures,and overall planning department.Results The time of hospital admission was significantly shortened,and efficiency was improved.Conclusion To make full use of modern management concepts and technological means to integrate multiple resources,to improve service management by "Patient-centered".
