【摘要】 目的了解北京肿瘤医院医护人力资源现状,为进行人力资源发展规划提供参考。方法利用该院2010年人事信息统计数据库,应用Excel软件对数据进行统计分析。结果医师学历以研究生为主,占79.53%;26岁~45岁的占75.00%:现职称结构趋于比较合理。护士中具有专科及以上学历者占79.37%,但研究生仅占1.57%;26岁~45岁的占65.38%;具有护师及以上职称者占51.05%,但具有中级、高级职称者仅占15.38%和0.70%,还没有形成合理的人才结构;非在编护士占全院护士的52.27%,比例过大。结论该院在医护人力资源配置、医护人员学历、年龄和职称结构方面均达到或符合卫生部对三级医院的有关要求,但需进一步优化医护人员职称结构,提高护理队伍整体素质,控制非在编护士比例,以不断提高医院的医疗服务能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To understand the status of medical human resource of beijing cancer hospital,so as to provide reference for medical human resource development planning.Methods Using the 2010 personnel information statistical database,and Excel software for statistical analysis.Results Doctors’ degree with graduate primarily,accounted for 79.53%.Doctors aged 26 to 45 accounted for 75.00%.The current structure of title tended to be reasonable.Nurses with a college degree or above accounted for 76.54%,however,only 1.57% graduates.Nurses aged 26 to 45 accounted for 65.38%.Senior nurse or more titles accounted for 51.05%,but chief nurses and nurse directors only accounted for 15.38% and 0.70%,respectively.A reasonable personnel structure hasn’t formed.Nurses outside the scheme accounted for 52.27% of all nurses.Conclusions The hospital meets the requirements of ministry of health in medical human resource allocation,degree distribution,age composition,and title structure,but needs to optimize title structure,improve the overall quality of nurses,and control the proportion of nurses outside the scheme further,so as to continuously improve clinical service capacity.更多还原
