【摘要】 目的探索最优的适合本单位的工作方法和工作流程。方法根据病案室人员结构情况,调整工作岗位的设置,形成一套较为合适的、实施时间最长的岗位设置方案。结果工作效率提高,工作的方式、方法得到临床一线人员的肯定,提高了病案质量,增加了员工的满意感和归属感。结论科学的工作设置有助于促进人员与工作岗位的最佳匹配。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discover the best working methods and work flow which is suitable for this department.Methods To form an appropriate and stable post setting program,according to the personnel structural condition,by several rounds of post setting and adjustment.Results The work efficiency has been raised,the working and operating methods got clinician’s affirmation,medical record quality has been improved,and employees’ satisfaction and belonging has been increased.Conclusion Scientific work post setting helps to promote best match of personnel and post.更多还原
