【摘要】 目的比较四川省农村和城市糖尿病患者对糖尿病足相关知识的认知情况,了解相互间的认知差异,引起人们对普及糖尿病足相关知识的重视。方法随机抽取四川省人民医院内分泌科和泸定县人民医院住院患者各60例,分成农村组和城市组。使用糖尿病足相关知识调查表对2组患者糖尿病足相关知识的认知进行调查。结果糖尿病相关知识认知:农村组为8.3%~80%,城市组为31.7%~91%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论城市患者对糖尿病足的认识明显优于农村患者。但城市糖尿病患者对糖尿病足的认识也明显不足,因此需要进行普及教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare rural and urban diabetic patients in Sichuan Province on the knowledge level of diabetic foot conditions,understanding the cognitive differences between each other,causing people to popularize the knowledge of the importance of diabetic foot.Method Of randomly selected and the Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital,Endocrinology,Luding County People’s Hospital of the 60 patients were divided into groups of rural and urban groups.Use knowledge of diabetic foot questionnaire in patients with diabetic foot on the 2 groups the knowledge level investigation.Results Cognitive knowledge of diabetes: 8.3% of rural groups to 80% in urban group was 31.7% to 91% in group B,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion City’s understanding of diabetic foot patients was significantly better than rural patients.But the city of diabetic foot diabetic patients was significantly less than understanding,hence the need for universal education.更多还原
