【摘要】 目的了解临床护士职业防护的现状,为行为干预提高临床护士职业防护能力提供依据。方法采用个人情况调查表、职业防护现状调查问卷,方便取样的方法抽取某院临床一线护士137名进行调查,对不同特征的临床护士的职业防护现状差异性带入SPSS13.0进行分析。结果护士的职业防护现状得分在临床护士是否接受职业防护培训方面有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究中接受调查的护士的职业防护状况较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the basis for improving the clinical nurses’ occupational protection ability with a behavioral intervention by understanding the status of occupational protection.Methods Investigating 137 clinical first-line nurses with methods of personal circumstances questionnaire,status questionnaire,occupational protection questionnaire,and convenience sampling.Analyze the differences of occupational protection by SPSS13.0.Results Whether the Occupational protection training of Clinical nurses has Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurses who were surveyed in this study are in a good occupational protection condition.更多还原
