【摘要】 目的评价小切口反麦氏点精索静脉高位结扎术患者实施临床路径的临床效果。方法选择同期住院的实施临床路径的患者(路径组)与实施常规医疗护理模式的患者(对照组)各40例,对其人均费用、住院日、药费等指标进行综合分析、评价。结果路径组患者的人均费用、住院日、术前住院日、药费均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小切口反麦氏点精索静脉高位结扎术患者实施临床路径可以降低医疗费用,缩短住院日,是一种可行的医疗护理新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective an evaluation on clinical effect of patients who had small cut ventriculoperitoneal shunt high ligation of spermatic vein.Methods to select 40 patients respectively who had clinical pate(pate group) and who had normal medical nursing mode(comparison group) at the same hospitalization period;to comprehensively analyze and evaluate their expenses per capita,hospitalization days and medicine expenses.Results the expenses per capita,hospitalization days and hospitalization days before operation of pate group are lower than the comparison group(P<0.01).Conclusions patients who had small cut ventriculoperitoneal shunt high ligation of spermatic vein can reduce their medical expenses and hospitalization days,which is a practical new mode of medical nursing.更多还原
