【摘要】 目的:对比分析近10年深圳市孕产妇死亡率的变化,对降低孕产妇死亡效果进行评价。方法:从妇幼卫生监测系统提取2001～2010年的孕产妇死亡资料,采取回顾性对比分析。结果:深圳市孕产妇死亡率从2001年的77.47/10万下降到2010年的14.95/10万,比10年前下降80.7%;随着产科质量的提高,住院分娩产妇死亡率从25.64/10万下降为4.72/10万。结论:"降消"项目实施以来,各级政府高度重视,采取大力宣传"降消"项目,拓展健康教育工作,加强技术培训,提高了产科质量和服务水平;设立了危重孕产妇绿色通道,加强危重孕产妇救助,确保了孕产妇住院安全;建立对地下接生的举报及处罚机制,打击非法接生等各项有力措施,使10年间孕产妇死亡率明显下降,达到了预期目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare and analyze the change of maternal mortality rate in Shenzhen city in recent ten years,evaluate the effect of the reduction of maternal mortality rate in Shenzhen city. Methods:The data of maternal death were obtained from Shenzhen healthcare information system,then retrospective comparison and analysis were carried out. Results:The maternal mortality rate in Shenzhen city decreased from 77.47/100 000 in 2001 to 14.95/100 000 in 2010,decreasing by 80.7%;with the improvement of quality of obstetric department,the maternal mortality rate of hospitalized pregnant women decreased from 25.64/100 000 to 4.72/100 000. Conclusion:After the implementation of the project of "Reducing the mortality of the pregnant and lying-in women and eliminating the newborns tetanus",the governments at all levels pay more attention to it,propagandize the project actively,expand health education work,enhance technical training,improve obstetric quality and service level,set up green passage for emergent pregnant women,strengthen salvation of emergent pregnant women,ensure the safety of hospitalized pregnant women,establish the regime of reveal and punishment of illegal delivery,all the measures above-mentioned reduce the maternal mortality rate in Shenzhen city in recent ten years and achieve the expected goal.更多还原
