【摘要】 目的:研究放置IUD出现不良反应的原因及有效的处理方案。方法:将放置IUD后出现不良反应的200例妇女作为观察对象,将其分为3组,第一组100例为对照组,第二组50例给予中西医结合方法治疗,第三组50例给予西药治疗。结果:采用中西医结合的方法治疗,显效40例,好转5例,无效5例,总有效率90.0%;采用西药治疗,显效17例,好转18例,无效15例,总有效率70.0%。结论:中西医结合方法在治疗放置IUD后子宫异常出血及腰腹疼痛方面有独特优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the occur causes and effective treatment options of side effects for the women placed IUD.Methods:200 women who occurred side effects after placing IUD in my hospital were taken as the observed object and divided into 3 groups.The first 100 patients were taken as the control group,50 patients(the second group) were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine method,another 50 patients(the third group) were treated with western medicine method.Results:In the second group,40 cases markedly effective,5 cases improved,5 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 90.0%.In the third group,17 cases markedly effective,18 cases improved,15 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 70.0%.Conclusion:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine method has a unique advantage in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and waist pain after placing IUD.更多还原
