【摘要】 目的:探讨桂林西瓜霜对宫颈糜烂VEGF mRNA的表达。方法:将160例宫颈糜烂患者随机分治疗组(用桂林西瓜霜喷敷)、对照组(用bFGF-胶原蛋白海绵贴敷)。应用RT-PCR检测两组宫颈糜烂组织治疗前、后VEGF mRNA的表达。结果:治疗前组织中VEGF mRNA表达两组相对量分别0.48±0.14、0.51±0.11,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组表达均显著增加,相对表达量分别0.79±0.13、0.75±0.16,两组治疗后表达量与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂林西瓜霜对宫颈糜烂上皮组织VEGF mRNA表达有增强作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Guilin watermelon frost on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA in patients with cervical erosion. Methods:160 patients with cervical erosion were divided into treatment group(treated with Guilin watermelon frost) and control group(treated with bFGF-collagen sponge) randomly.RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of VEGF mRNA before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment,the relative values of VEGF mRNA in the two groups were(0.48±0.14) and(0.51±0.11),respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the expressions of VEGF mRNA in the two groups increased significantly,the relative values were(0.79±0.13) and(0.75±0.16),respectively;in the two groups,there was significant difference in the expression value of VEGF mRNA before and after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Guilin watermelon frost can enhance the expression of VEGF mRNA in cervical epithelial tissue.更多还原
