【摘要】 目的:观察PCOS患者的妊娠结局。方法:回顾性分析比较98例PCOS单胎妊娠患者与120例正常孕妇的自然流产、妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、妊娠期高血压疾病(PDH)、早产、胎膜早破、胎盘早剥以及新生儿情况的差异。结果:PCOS组的自然流产率为22.4%,对照组自然流产率为9.2%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);GDM的发生率PCOS组为14.5%,对照组为4.0%,PCOS组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);PDH的发生率PCOS组为15.8%,对照组为6.9%,PCOS组亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。剖宫产率PCOS组高于对照组,两组的早产、胎膜早破、胎盘早剥发生率比较无统计学差异,两组的新生儿情况比较亦无统计学差异。结论:PCOS患者的产科并发症增加,应予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the pregnancy outcomes of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:The differences of spontaneous abortion,gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP),premature delivery,premature rupture of membrane(PROM),placental abruption and neonatal situations of 98 PCOS cases of single pregnancy and 120 normal pregnant women were analyzed and compared retrospectively.Results:The rates of spontaneous abortion in PCOS group and control group were 22.4% and 9.2%,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of GDM in PCOS group was 14.5%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(4.0%)(P<0.05);the incidence of HDCP in PCOS group was 15.8%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(6.9%)(P<0.05);the rate of cesarean section in PCOS group was significantly higher than that in control group,while there was no significant difference in the incidences of premature delivery,PROM and placental abruption between the two groups,as well as the neonatal situations.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the increase of obstetric complications in the patients with PCOS.更多还原
