【摘要】 目的:探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中降调节前后卵巢反应性的影响因素,寻找较好的预测卵巢反应性的指标。方法:回顾性分析贵阳医学院附属医院生殖医学中心166例首次行IVF-ET治疗患者的临床资料,根据获卵数及注射绒毛膜促性腺激素日(HCG d)的雌二醇水平将患者分为低反应组(21例)、高反应组(44例)和正常反应组(101例)。结果:3组患者的年龄、窦卵泡数、bFSH、bFSH/LH、b雌二醇、FSHd0比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者的bLH、LHd0、雌二醇d0和FSHd0/LHd0比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。获卵数与窦卵泡数呈正相关(P<0.05),与bFSH、bF-SH/LH、b雌二醇、FSHd0呈负相关(P<0.05);与年龄不具有相关性(P>0.05)。结论:综合评价窦卵泡数、bFSH、bFSH/LH、b雌二醇和FSHd0能较好地预测卵巢不同反应性的发生;单一年龄因素预测卵巢反应性的价值有限。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect factors of ovarian response before and after down-regulation during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),try to find a better index to predict ovarian response.Methods:The clinical data of 166 cases receiving IVF-ET for the first time in Reproductive Medicine Center of Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College were analyzed retrospectively,then the cases were divided into low-ovarian response group(21 cases),high-ovarian response group(44 cases) and normal-ovarian response group(101 cases) according to the number of retrieved oocytes and estradiol level on the injection day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG).Results:There was significant difference in age,the number of antral follicles,bFSH,bFSH/LH,b estradiol and FSHd0 among the three groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in bLH,LHd0,estradiol d0 and FSHd0/LHd0 among the three groups(P>0.05).There was positive correlation between the number of retrieved oocytes and the number of antral follicles(P<0.05),and there was negative correlation between the number of retrieved oocytes and bFSH,bFSH/LH,b estradiol and FSHd0,there was no correlation between the number of retrieved oocytes and age(P>0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive evaluation of the number of antral follicles,bFSH,bFSH/LH,b estradiol and FSHd0 can predict the occurrence of different ovarian responses;a single factor of age is limited to predict ovarian response.更多还原
