【摘要】 目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽,rhEGF)治疗儿童复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)的疗效。方法:109例复发性口腔溃疡患儿随机分为实验组57例,用金因肽喷于溃疡表面,3次/d;对照组52例用西瓜霜喷于溃疡表面,3次/d;比较两组溃疡愈合情况。结果:疼痛消失的时间实验组(3.92±1.53)天,对照组(5.09±2.07)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);溃疡愈合时间实验组(4.97±2.21)天,对照组(6.22±2.90)天,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:金因肽治疗儿童复发性口腔溃疡可缩短疼痛和治愈时间,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(ROU) in children. Methods:109 children with ROU were divided into two groups randomly,57 children in experimental group were treated with rhEGF,three times a day;and 52 children in control group were treated with watermelon frost,three times a day,the healing situations of ulcer in the two groups were compared. Results:The disappearance times of pain in experimental group and control group were(3.92±1.53) days and(5.09±2.07) days,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The healing times of ulcer in experimental group and control group were(4.97±2.21) days and(6.22±2.90) days,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:rhEGF can shorten the pain time and healing time in treatment of ROU,which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
