【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺派杰氏病(Paget病)的钼靶表现及其临床意义。方法:结合临床及病理检查系统分析8例患者经手术证实的乳腺派杰氏病(Paget病)的钼靶照片检查。结果:主要钼靶表现乳头乳晕皮肤改变4例(其中乳腺下象限不规则肿块2例),乳头凹陷4例。8例中有4例分别见乳腺弥漫分布的短棒状、分支状钙化和多发细沙粒状钙化,有2例淋巴结转移。结论:虽然乳腺Paget病的钼靶表现无明显特异性,但钼靶检查是乳头乳晕湿疹样改变的绝对指征。放射科医生能够认识和掌握派杰氏病(Paget病)的临床特征,对该病的早期诊断意义重大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mammographic manifestations and clinical characteristics of Paget disease of breast. Methods:The photos of Molybdenum target inspection of 8 cases with Paget disease of breast who were confirmed by surgery were analyzed by clinical and pathological examination system. Results:The main mammographic manifestations: 4 cases with skin change of nipple and areola of breast(two cases with irregular bump in lower quadrant) and 4 cases with nipple sunken;4 cases were found with diffused calcification of breast and 2 cases were found with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:Although no specific radiologic signs are found in cases with Paget disease of breast,but mammography is a firm indication for eczematoid change of nipple and areola of breast.Radiologists should be trained to recognize the clinical features of Paget disease of breast,which has important significance for early diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
