【摘要】 目的:研究青龙衣(核桃楸青果外皮)的乙醇提取物对子宫颈癌HeLa细胞的抑制作用。方法:将山核桃楸的乙醇浸出液与子宫颈癌HeLa细胞采用共同体外细胞培养和噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法。结果:不同浓度的山核桃楸乙醇浸出液对子宫颈癌HeLa细胞的抑制作用不同,浓度为100μg/m l有明显的抑制作用。结论:山核桃楸的乙醇浸出物对子宫颈癌HeLa细胞有一定的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the inhibiting effect of alcoholic extract of carya catalpa on cervical cancer HeLa cells.Methods:Coculture of alcoholic extract of carya catalpa and cervical cancer HeLa cells in vitro and MTT colorimetric method were used in the study.Results:The alcoholic extract of carya catalpa of different concentrations had different inhibiting effects on cervical cancer HeLa cells,the inhibiting effect of alcoholic extract of 100 μg/ml was obvious.Conclusion:The alcoholic extract of carya catalpa has a certain inhibiting impact on cervical cancer HeLa cells.更多还原
